  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    You are not required. We can discuss the pros/cons of Section 8 in detail if you would like.
  • Are you licensed?

    Michigan does not require a property management license, however, we are fully insured and we do have several licensed Realtors on staff.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    We are available after hours for emergencies. If you would like to meet or talk outside of business hours, we would be happy to arrange for that.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we do offer direct deposit.
  • Do I get to see the lease?

    Yes, the lease will be available on your owner’s portal.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    We have licensed Realtors with Real Estate One on staff that help sell and purchase real estate.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    You will receive a direct deposit or have a check mailed within 10 calendar days of your rental due date.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    We collect payments from tenants by check, credit card, and online checking payments.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    We sign 1 or 2 year leases, depending on the situation.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    One and half months rent.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    We just need access to the property and signed documents. We can have this done within a few days.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage residential and commercial properties.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    We send year-end statements for tax purposes and you can always access statements online via the owner’s portal.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    The tenant security deposits are held in a non-interest bearing account with Flagstar Bank.
