Can you hold a place before I apply?
We recommend applying ASAP. We do not wait on applications. If we have an application that is acceptable, we will move forward. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
To finalize the lease, we require first month’s rent, One and a half month’s rent for security deposit, along with any additional fees required (pet deposit, cleaning deposit, etc.). -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You have to be 18 years or older to legally sign a contract in Michigan.
